Hello, beautiful soul — and welcome back to Becoming The Most Successful You,
The podcast where we journey inward to rise upward, where we let go of fear, lean into truth,
and remember that success is not just about what we have —It’s about who we become.
Today, I want to share with you something that came to me like a whisper from God this morning —
but hit my spirit like a thunderclap.
It’s simple… But it might just shift everything for you:
People are not your source of abundance. God is.
Let that settle.
Let it echo.
Because maybe, like me, you’ve been looking in the wrong direction.
We live in a world that teaches us to chase — chase opportunities, chase recognition, chase the “yes” from people who can’t see the fullness of who we are.
You want a promotion, but your boss prefers someone else.
You apply for a partnership, but you’re not their “vibe.”
You ask for support, but they ghost you.
And suddenly, you feel blocked.
Frustrated.
Unseen.
Out of control.
But here’s the truth I came to this morning — and it brought tears to my eyes:
The moment we make people our source of abundance, we give them power they were never meant to carry.
And we rob God of the space to be who He is:
The Provider.
The Planner.
The Source of all abundance.
How many times have you been bitter, because someone didn’t give you what you wanted?
How many years have you spent angry at someone who simply didn’t have the capacity to open the door you were banging on?
What if that door was never meant to open for you?
What if that “no” was protection?
What if you’ve been grieving a tiny opportunity,
While Heaven was preparing a life-changing one?
We waste years begging for breadcrumbs when God has a whole table waiting.
But it takes faith to walk away from the door we thought was ours.
It takes surrender to stop knocking.
It takes divine trust to say:
“If they can block it, it’s not mine. If it’s mine, they can’t stop it.”
Today, I want you to come home.
Not to your comfort zone —but to your true Source of abundance.
To the One who saw your worth the moment He created you.
To the One who opens doors no one can shut… and shuts doors no one can open —because He knows what’s on the other side.
Please, release that person.
Let go of that outcome.
Let God be the One who writes your story.
And when you feel that panic rises —when you feel blocked, forgotten, or overlooked —come back to this truth:
They are not your source.
God is.
And nothing that is meant for you will ever miss you.
🪞Let’s Reflect
I want to leave you with some journal prompts today — because healing happens when we reflect, and transformation happens when we tell the truth.
Grab your journal, your phone notes, or just close your eyes and ask yourself:
Where in my life have, I mistaken people for my source?
What door have I been knocking on that’s just not opening?
Am I grieving something small, while God is preparing something sacred?
What does it look like to fully trust that God is my provider and planner?
What mantra can I return to when I feel blocked or rejected?
(One of mine is: “God goes before me. What’s mine is already written.”)
You are not behind.
You are not forgotten.
You are not blocked.
You are simply being rerouted to something far more worthy of your spirit.
Let God lead you there.
And until next time,
Keep becoming the most successful version of you — the one who is free, grounded, guided, and gloriously surrendered to divine timing.
I love you. I see you. And I’m always cheering for your soul.
